Terms and Conditions

1. All prices shown on our website are in Hong Kong Dollars.

2. Full payment has to be made at the time the order is placed. Taking payment does not mean order has been duly accepted, and if for any reason we are unable to accept your order, we will provide you with a full refund within 14 days.

3. Payment method: a)cash b) bank transfer c) Alipay/Wechat Pay/ payme

4. Products are limited and are subject to availability. You will receive an Order Acknowledgement by email or WhatsApp once the order is accepted. This contains details of the products ordered, the total cost of the order and an order number.

5. Lead time is 3-4 weeks upon receipt of Order Acknowledgement.

6. a) Your order can be picked up at our showroom (Shop G03, The Galleria, 9 Queen’s Road Central, Central) between 20-23 December 2023. b) The product(s) can also be delivered right to your doorsteps by our entrusted service provider with additional delivery charge. Hong Kong Island +HK$ 50/ product; Kowloon +HK$100/ product; New Territories & outlying islands +HK$150/ product

7. When you arrange your delivery, we will ask you to provide certain information. This information will be recorded on the delivery document and the delivery will take place at the delivery address you specify. If you provide us with incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information or instructions, we may cancel the delivery by informing you in writing.

8. Damaged product(s): if product(s) within the packaging are faulty or damaged or if you notice any damage to product(s) following delivery, please notify us at +64426442 after delivery. Please keep any damaged product(s) so that we can inspect them at a later date. If you dispose of any damaged product(s) before we have had the opportunity to inspect it, then this could affect any claim. We will always attempt to replace any damaged product(s). However, if we are unable to do so we will refund you the full amount you have paid for the product(s) together with any relevant delivery charges.

9. a)Once the order is confirmed and duly accepted, no cancellation will be accepted. b) No refund nor return of the product(s) will be accepted unless the product is faulty or not as described. If the product(s) is found faulty, we will provide you with a full refund within 14 days.

10. Exclusions: There are certain circumstances, where at our sole discretion we are not able to accept returns, cancel orders or offer a refund unless the product(s) is faulty. These exclusions are as follows:

* where you do not have proof of purchase;

* where the product(s) are returned without full packaging;

13. Faulty or damaged product(s) can be returned to our showroom. Please present your Order Acknowledgment , delivery receipt and payment proof.

14. You agree to take reasonable care of the product(s) from the time that they are delivered to you until the time that they are returned.

15. Our entire liability to you under these general terms and conditions and returns policy shall not exceed the price paid for the product(s) you have purchased.

16. We will not be liable to you for any loss of revenue, profits, goodwill or business opportunity, for any injury to your reputation or for any losses that are not reasonably foreseeable by both of us at the time your purchase is made or your order is accepted.

17. Nuovo Collection Limited (“the Company”) reserves the right to change any of the terms above without prior notice. In the event of dispute, the Company reserves the right of final decision.
