Delivery Costs:

Delivery Costs are Quoted after the quotation when the customer is ready to purchase the product.

Free shipping within Europe and HongKong

Nuovo has the right to ship these orders by road, sea, or air as they see fit. They will not commit to any delivery timeline.

If the client wishes to expedite delivery, they may select and pay for Express Delivery at checkout.

Products in stock are generally shipped within 14 working days. This time may vary depending on the delivery address.

If an item is not in stock, it may take 3-6 Months for Delivery. Products made to order will be shipped according to their manufacturing time, which varies depending on the product. This delay is indicated on the detailed product description page.

You can request a preferred delivery date, and we will do our best to accommodate your request; however, please note that no guarantee can be given as many factors can influence an international delivery.
