Nastro, 1964, is a rattan armchair with a polyurethane cushion and removable cover, which summarizes the relationship between space and time in design, typical of Colombo's poetics. Nastro is autonomous, flexible, transformable and independent from the architectural context. For Joe Colombo, furniture was equipment that could be used in different ways, and on different occasions, to meet the needs of the user.
